During a visit of the German Central Bank (Deutsche Bundesbank; I was in charge of) I was honoured to meet the former Estonian Prime minister Mart Laar on 18th October 2018. Laar created the successful economic reforms and the digital strategy of Estonia. I could give him my new book on “Lone wolves, The new terrorism” and discuss with him about it. A big honour for me!
