For a TV production (Berlin-Brandenburg) I adviced a team  coming to Tallinn. It seems that Tallinn is the Start-up-city in Europe. One software engineer from Morocco confirmed this thesis. He left Berlin in order to settle down in Tallinn. There, he finds better conditions such as start-up visa etc. He works in Lift 99, a network of start-ups. The film is broadcasted in RBB on 24th January 20.15 o´clock.
